Booking Policy

By booking an appointment at Aesthetic Touch , you agree to the following policies. Please note the following policies are set in place to ensure our day runs smoothly and your treatment is carefully prepared for you.


Reservation Policy

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This goes towards your treatment on the day & is transferable to another time so long as you give us 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel.

Less notice for any reason forfeits the deposit paid. Deposits are non-refundable.


Cancellation policy

If you are feeling unwell, Please call ahead and cancel. Please note that less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the reservation deposit paid. We are a small business. Booking an appointment here indicates acceptance of this policy.

ILLNESS: if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, or have any viral infections (eg cold sores, tonsillitis, flu) please reschedule your appointment. If you come to an appointment with any signs of a viral infection you will be rescheduled. Your treatment will NOT be performed under ANY circumstances. It’s for the safety of you and your health.


Adverse reactions:

If you do have an adverse reaction to any products we can exchange within 7 days of purchase.


Arrival

Please come 5 -10 minutes early to ensure your booking starts on time.
